I loved staying here. The apartments are simple but lovely with absolutely gorgeous surroundings. On a bright sunny day you can paddle boat down the canal. It's within walking distance to the V&A waterfront were you have lots of options for restaurants.

Close - easy walk to V & A which is the hub of Cape Town. Great facilities, safe, good security and staff for assistance. Under cover parking, pools, canal or marina views, quiet, central. This is true value for money. Some apartments could do with an upgrade, ensure you ask re, showers, kitchen appliances and entertainment systems.

The location is the best, you can walk everywhere. Extremely secured area, you can feel very safe, leaving doors and windows open when you are around. Two covered parking spaces per apartment. Comfortable beds, nice linen, washing machine and well-equipped kitchen.

We love the location! The apartment had a beautiful view on the balcony with a nice seating area to enjoy your coffee in the morning watching the yachts in the harbour! The location is close to the Waterfront and area feels very safe!
